Foto No Celular - Photos on you Cell Phone

A tool I developed while working for Mobile Streams (Ringtones.com) which enables end users to upload any picture on their computer directly to their phone to be used as a wallpaper. Tied into the operator's billing system so the transaction is paid for and all parties get their slice of the revenue - operator, aggregator and content owner.
